DAPreview just received a sample unit of Cowon iAudio 9, and got it unboxed. No review so far yet, but its eco-friendly packaging really impresses me. The packaging can be turned into a flower pot after unboxing. Cool huh

After iAudio 9 and E2 introduced, there is another new Cowon product found in Korean Radio Research Agency approval listing. It is a new portable multimedia player, Cowon V5.
There’s no other details disclosed so far. Stay tuned, more information will be coming up soon

Cowon has started to ship the iAudio 9 and E2 in the US, so you now have yet another portable media player on your radar if it is a purchase that you have long been hankering after. The Cowon i9 will come in white, silver, black and red colors, alongside 8GB and 16GB capacities, where the latter will retail for $170 a pop. As for the 4GB E2, it is going for $65.

Cowon just dropped two of its new players in time for the holidays here in the US. The iAudio 9 or sometimes called the i9 is the next generation i7 but this time it looks like the buttons are much more accessible.
