Storage:
Nokia N81 is a complete "MULTI-MEDIA" phone with big amount of built-in hard drive space.
so you can put thousands of images, hundreds of your favorites Music and videos just all in one.
Fun:
Nokia N81 can be used to play N-Gage games (that's why N81 also called as the next n-gage), although you have to install "first access" (the third party software) first, that you can download for free at www.ngage.com.

I feel Nokia have been outclassed in the market over the past few years, and i have found myself becoming increasingly fond of sony ericsson, however without getting a full size PDA S/E do not do a phone with WI-FI (a key feature that attracted me to the N81)
Having been a previous fan of nokia's in the days of the 3210 3310 etc... i was very keen to get my hands on my new phone..... i was not to be dissapointed,
First thing about this handset ...

The new NOKIA N-SERIES (N81-8GB) has got to be one of the most sufisticated mobiles on todays market, with its gaming feature combined with the touch sensitive 'navi-weel' it gives a very unique impressioin to anyone who will give it a first glance...the amount of great features available on this new N-GAGE is breathtakingly outstanding... this phone stands out amoungst all the other new mobile phones on todays market.

I've had my Nokia N81 8GB for about 4 weeks now and I have to say it looks very good. User interface is very easy to use and self explanatory as you would normally find with Nokia phones. They are still one of the best manufacturers for this sort of thing on the market.
Quality of sound is good. You will love the memory size; 8GB is enough for most needs that a typical phone is there to serve. At just 2 megapixels the camera is a little bit disappointing ...

I recently purchased the nokia n81 8gb from ebay. It's a great phone that's packed with features. I read many reviews before i brought the phone, and lots of reviewers said the front of the phone clustered. After the first two days of use though I got used to this and i enjoyed having the music controls on the front of the fascia. The wifi and internet browser were excellent quality for a mobile phone and i found them very easy to use. I also demoed ...

First, what I like: I love this phone. It looks nice and sleek (better than the N95, in my opinion), and has all the features I need of a phone. Plus, 8gb of storage! Has NGage, reads out your texts for you, has a camera on both sides of the phone (for video messaging), and a nice large screen.
Now, the downsides: The only main letdown is the 2megapixel camera. I don\'t personally need a better one, but there are focussing problems if I\'m trying ...

...it look ever so stylish.
This nokia has a 2.4 inch screen. This screen is great quality and is really good for watching movies and pictures you have taken on.
I wouldn't describe this phone as heavy or even a bit bulky, however it is larger than some other phones but this is really the perfect size for me.
The sliding mechanism on this phone is great, it feels sturdy when you slide it, not like some phones when you slide them you feel as ...

Impressed with the phone so far, really easy to navigate, lots of great functions including email, wap services, music player, camera, loads of storage space and easy to create folders. A little on the heavy side but to be expected for what the phone incorporates. Not too keen on the keypad though, one of the soft touch type and i've experienced problems with this type of keypad on other phones. All in all a gem of a phone with lots to explore.

...that part of the phone, Nokia does a great job illuminating only the necessary buttons depending on what you are using. For example, the music keys are dimmed and the gaming keys are off when using the phone in general. When the music player is on, the music keys light up. The gaming keys lights up when playing an N-gage game and also when used to zoom in or out of photos in the gallery.
What really surprised me was the Naviwheel, which is turned ...
